Platinum Exhibitor – $5,000

Includes two 8’ X 8’ booth spaces with two 6-foot tables draped and skirted, chairs, premier location in exhibit hall, up to five tickets to the Saturday dinner, sign recognition, full page ad in brochure, attendee list provided at the meeting, up to five representatives to manage the exhibit.

Gold Exhibitor – $4,000

Includes 8 X 8 booth space with one 6-foot table draped and skirted, chairs, premier location in exhibit hall, up to four tickets to the Saturday dinner, sign recognition, half page ad in brochure, attendee list provided at the meeting, up to four representatives to manage the exhibit.

Silver Exhibitor – $3,000

Includes 8 X 8 booth space with one 6-foot table draped and skirted, chairs, company listing in the program, sign recognition, attendee list provided at the meeting, up to three representatives to manage the exhibit. Dinner tickets available for purchase for representatives at $75.00 per person (3 ticket limit).

Standard Exhibitor – $2,500

Includes 8 X 8 booth space with one 6-foot table draped and skirted, chairs, company listing in the program, attendee list provided at the meeting, up to two representatives to manage the exhibit. Dinner tickets available for purchase for representatives at $75.00 per person (2 ticket limit).

Additional Sponsorships:

Dinner Sponsor – $7,000 – This sponsorship includes a Platinum Sponsor exhibit booth(s) in addition to signage and recognition at dinner and in brochure. Only one dinner sponsorship available.

Reception Sponsor – $6,000 – This sponsorship includes a Gold Sponsor exhibit booth in addition to signage and recognition at the reception and in brochure. Only one reception sponsorship available.

Breakfast Sponsor – $5,000 – This sponsorship includes a Standard Sponsor exhibit booth in addition to signage and recognition at the breakfast and in brochure. Only two breakfast sponsorships available.

Entertainment Sponsor – $3,000 – Sponsorship covers entertainment expenses only. One available.

Lanyard Sponsor – $1,000 – This sponsorship allows sponsoring company to provide lanyards to be given out at reception desk during registration. Only one lanyard sponsorship available.
